My  composer's  name is Scott Joplin. He was  born near Linden Cass country, Texas, November 24, 1668.He died in New York  city, April 1, 1917. He played the banjo, and he also played the paino. One of his songs is 'Maple Leaf Rag.' He played the paino in his music. His type of music is Rag time composers. He had very little education, but was still successful.
